1. Acceptance of terms
By purchasing a BlazeLF license or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase a license or use this website.
2. License grant
Upon purchase, BlazeLF grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and operate one (1) instance of the BlazeLF software on infrastructure that you control. The license covers a single deployment at a single domain. You may not sublicense, resell, or redistribute the software or any derivative work.
3. Permitted use
You may use BlazeLF to operate a forum community for lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that the content hosted on your deployment complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction and the jurisdiction of your users. You may modify the software for your own use, but modified versions may not be redistributed.
4. Prohibited use
You may not use BlazeLF to host content that is illegal, promotes violence or hatred, infringes third-party intellectual property rights, distributes malware, or facilitates spam. We reserve the right to terminate a license without refund if we become aware of serious violations of this clause.
5. Updates and support
Your license includes software updates released within 12 months of your purchase date. After 12 months, updates are not guaranteed but may be available for purchase. Email support for deployment and setup questions is included for the duration of your update period.
6. Warranty disclaimer
BlazeLF is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be free of bugs, that it will be suitable for your particular use case, or that it will operate uninterrupted. You assume all risk associated with the installation and operation of the software.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with your license shall not exceed the amount you paid for that license. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.
8. Refund policy
Due to the nature of software licenses, we do not offer refunds after the license key has been issued and the software downloaded. If you experience a critical technical issue that prevents installation and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time, we will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.
9. Intellectual property
BlazeLF and all associated trademarks, branding, and design remain the intellectual property of the licensor. Your license does not transfer any ownership rights. You may not use the BlazeLF name or logo to imply endorsement of your community without prior written permission.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update these terms. Updates will be posted to this page with a revised date. Continued use of the software or website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
