BlazeLF is self-hosted forum software. This privacy policy applies to the BlazeLF marketing website (blazelf.com) and any contact or enquiry forms hosted on it. It does not govern data collected by forum instances run by licensees on their own servers — those deployments are controlled by the respective forum operator, who is the data controller for their community's user data.
2. Data we collect on this website
We collect only the information you voluntarily submit through our contact form: your name, email address, and message content. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or any third-party data collection tools on this website. Server access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL) may be retained by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for a short period for security and abuse prevention purposes.
3. How we use your information
Information submitted via the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry. We will not add you to any mailing list, sell your data to third parties, or use it for any purpose other than responding to your message — unless you explicitly opt in to future communications.
4. Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, and no longer than 12 months. You may request deletion of your submitted data at any time by emailing us.
5. Data collected by BlazeLF forum instances
When you create an account or participate in a forum running BlazeLF software, your data is processed by that forum's operator — not by us. We have no access to, and no responsibility for, data held on third-party BlazeLF deployments. Please refer to the privacy policy of the specific forum you are using.

This website does not set any cookies. The live demo at app.blazelf.com uses strictly necessary cookies for authentication (JWT access tokens stored in memory, refresh tokens in HTTP-only cookies). No advertising or analytics cookies are used.
